Answer:	Not familiar with that bench but I use mine with a PFID 125X flat, incline, decline. Works fine but I would recommend bolting it to the floor or putting about 100 lbs on it to make it more stable.

Answer:	The BD-9 Power Squat Stands by Valor Fitness can indeed be used for bench press. The bar catches can be adjusted up and down the main frame column to change height for flat bench press or incline press exercises.

Answer:	I'm only 5'10" but these are so tall I have considered doing pull-ups on them like a door-jam bar. I believe their max height with locks is 6'6".

Question:	what is the length of the nozzle length
Answer:	No, I don't think you can play basketball with these gloves. The wires are too thin and fragile and are bad soldered. I bought it for my kids, they liked it, put it on and just ran around, the lights was flashing for about an hour, then a few wires were broken on both gloves and some lights stopped flashing. Amazon was very helpful, I had replacement in 2 days. I told my kids to be careful with it, it's still working.
