Question:	I received the piano and the top is loose and a few keys are not working. Is there a way to tighten the top so the keys will work
Answer:	We recommend using 50% ceramic media to reduce bruising. Or adding enough ceramic media to bring the barrel volume to 2/3 full.
Question:	What is the dimension in inches from floor to top of keys
Answer:	The stones are a mix from all over and of small size and low quality. I suggest a google search of rock for tumbling to get either specific stones or a mix plus instructions on how to get best results. If you are just starting agate and jaspers polish well.
Question:	Could my 9-month-old pull up on this and play it? What is approximate height
Answer:	To attach a gemstone to the ring and earrings, have an adult help with gluing these accessories. We recommend a hot glue gun or an all-purpose adhesive sealant that can be purchased online or at your local hardware store.
Question:	Can you tune this? It's amazingly discordant. I know it's a toy and shouldn't expect perfect pitch, but this is really out of tune
Answer:	Is the tumbler broken or are you asking why you can’t set it for more than 10 days? None of the 4 steps take more than 10 days generally speaking. Answer:	I'm 6'4" and play this with my two young daughters (my 5yr old is over 4' tall). I think it should be fine personally, but to each their own.

Question:	Is it tall enough for a stool or bench
Answer:	I don’t think a three year old is too old for this. I bought it for my one year old grandson and he just pushes the buttons for noise but doesn’t understand what it is saying to him. With a three year old learning the alphabet and number recognition I think it would be good. My grandson will be getting many years out of this.
