Question:	Is the keyboard height standard? From the pics, the bench looks to be almost the height of all the clearance between the floor and bottom of keyboard
Answer:	I am an American living in Europe for the past 12 years. An adapter is only a Plug fitting piece that adapts to your outlet fitting so you can plug it in. It does not convert the power. Thus the question that needs to be asked is if it requires a power converter (aka “transformer”). It is possible that this could be dual voltage. If it is, the power pack will say 110/120/130 ~210/220/230. (Or even 240). This squiggly line between the 100 numbers and the 200 numbers indicates that it automatically transforms for whichever power your outlets are drawing. Most of your phones and cameras have this on their power packs.
Question:	How wide is the item on the shipping package? Is it going to be left in my front door or you will deliver inside of my home
Answer:	You can use the 1/4" cables to connect your piano to an external amplifier. You need two if you want separate Left and Right channels, one for mono sound. See manual at http://support.casio.com/en/manual/008/Web_PX860-ES-1A_EN.pdf
Question:	Does this have to be put to be put together or is it one piece
Answer:	NO...you cannot use this piano without its stand. This is because all digital pianos need (at minimum) to use a sustain pedal to sustain the piano sound when playing. If you don't use the included Casio stand then you cannot use the Casio sustain pedal and the other 2 attached pedals. There is no separate sustain pedal that can work with the PX870 when using another stand. You must use the Casio stand to use the pedals. This PX870 piano is not meant to be portable like Casio portable digital pianos which CAN use a separate and different sustain/damper pedal.
Question:	Does this piano have a warranty
Answer:	Probably not, my son sits on the floor and plays. The keys are only about 8 inches or so off of the ground.

Answer:	We had this item delivered to our warehouse, it was really big and heavy, so we had a forklift to handle it. I believe you have to pay more to have a truck with a liftgate to deliver the item. Then..all they do is put it in the garage, they don't take it inside.

Answer:	Yes, there is a plug-in on the back of the keyboard. I bought the M-Audio SP-2 with mine and it works fine. Any sustain pedal should work as long as it has a 1/4" jack.

Answer:	I think the action is quite abit different. I felt the 660 was more piano like and the 650 more synthesizer like. But having played recently an acoustic yamaha piano, even acoustic pianos can have a very light key action. So it really comes down to your preferences and where you come from or are going to, if you know what I mean.

Answer:	I used them on carpet so only used on the front but could use in back as well & almost did. If on laminate, I would use on all 4 for sure!

Answer:	correct, the upright piano's harp is vertical as the Grand is horizontal. So to be honest, I don't know if the caster would work with the Grand? So if the description states that it works ONLY for upright pianos, I personally would not take a chance on ordering these find ones that state they WILL work on your Grand. Hope this helps.
Question:	Is this kid piano suitable for a 2-year-old child
Answer:	No, they will actually keep it from moving easily. These have a rubber bottom. I added felt feet to the bottom but it still doesn’t help the piano slide on wood floors.
Question:	Would this piano mat be suitable for a 10 months old
Answer:	I don't remember the 650 having the more elaborate environment settings or reverb settings. And I believe the 660 comes with a few more bags of tricks.
