You have to be an engineer to assemble this...once we finally had ours complete, my son was anxious to see it operate. About the 4th time he turned it on, the belt for the fan came off. As of now, it's in a landfill.

Answer:	I do not know why the others say that this set is not compatible. This has not been not my experience. I have the Mindware set with 100+ pieces, the accessory add-on set from Amazon and sets from Marbutopia and all are compatible with each other. I bought this Galt set and this set is also compatible with all the others that I have. the fit between this Galt set and the Mindware is a bit tight but my kids are using them all together with no complaints.

Answer:	I did not receive this product for free and would not recommend it to anyone. I'm surprised with the high rating now that I got to try the toy today. It was son's Christmas gift and what a disappointment! Sections keep falling off due to loose connections that cannot be secured even by adults!

Answer:	Yes. We built it this way at first and it was too tall for our son, so we rearranged some pieces and built him a wider and eye level structure. We really like this set, because you don't have to follow any instructions to build the marble run and no matter which way you build it all the parts fit snug, unlike the other brand that we purchased.
