Answer:	Hi, unfortunately it only has one language which is English. It might also help your daughter with basic English because it has a lot of educational songs like ABC , numbers, shapes, colors and more. My family is French speaking too but my kids are enjoying it. Hope it helps
Question:	Does this come with a cartridge for the music sheet? It's telling me to insert one but i don't have it
Answer:	The expansion pack sheets is are not the only difference. I own the standard original, and accidentally bought the expansion sheets for the deluxe desk. The slot to insert the sheets is not compatible for both desks, so my 32 sheets are useless (on the standard desk). Also, if you notice the top display on the deluxe, there is a place to insert cartridges as well. The standard doesn’t have a place for that. The cartridges remind me of small square versions of the first ever Nintendo games. Since I have the original desk I haven’t been able to use it yet, but I’ll be buying the deluxe soon. My daughter (2yrs 3months old) has learned probably 95% of the original desk sheets to the point of memorization. She got this as a present for xmas, at 1yr 11 months old, and it was her favorite daily thing to do until memorized.

Answer:	18 hours is well beyond the limits of these bags. Even with ice packs and cold temperatures we doubt that these would be able to keep your frozen goods from thawing out. We would suggest a high-end cooler bin for this application.

Answer:	They can keep ice frozen for 2-3 hours however it should be noted that these bags are not waterproof so it's best to keep your ice in a plastic bag or another type of leakproof container whilst it's inside the insulated bag otherwise it could leak out if/when it melts.

Answer:	They don't shrink in the washer but do not put in the dryer. Shrank by about a quarter in size in the dryer.
Question:	Does the mouse control how the child answers or does he respond by just pushing the correct or corresponding button
Answer:	They are very sturdy and reinforced well. Surely will carry 3 gallons of water and more.
Question:	Does the laptop teach numbers
Answer:	Approximately 16' deep. Bag opening is approximately 12"x14". It was tough to measure a floppy cotton bag solo, but that's pretty close. The bags are large. I can usually do all of my shopping for an entire week or longer with 2 of these.
Question:	Does the laptop have audio port
Answer:	These bags were made China. Production was in August 2019 and delivered to our USA warehouse in October 2019 before the COVID-19 pandemic broke out in China. :)

Didn't realize this either when we got the desk for a gift from my sister for Christmas, threw away the box and i ordered the expansion pack for a Santa gift, which does NOT work with this desk-deluxe version only. Kinda kicking myself now because I would return this desk and order the deluxe version because my son would love to have new cards to play with but am stuck because I have no packaging to return it in. BUYER BE WARNED! Do your research!
