I'd say go to Lowe's or Home Depot and ask in the paint department for a recommendation on what to use with cedar. Whatever you use, it should be renewed every few years to maintain efficiency.

Answer:	The tail on the pup is not mechanical it's rubber, that wags when the pup is pulled .. It wags the same at all times when pulled ...and not differently when it says " watch my tail wag " .. It's a wonderful toy ! Great quality and takes a good beating from a toddler .. Cute and teaches we'll .. Not a overly loud and not annoying at alll .. Good noise volume . Also comes in two differnt colours for boy or girl . I would definatelly recommend for a toy or gift . My daughter loves hers and using still at two and thought she would outgrow it .. Now that we are starting to lean alphabet .. She enjoys it even more. The rubber ( very good quality rubber ) wags due to two of the pups feet being oval and two being round .. Answer:	It’s exactly the dimensions of a poker size deck so that quick, effortless insta-break under the top card isn’t as easy to do with this one as the others currently on the market. The sides, while quite passable aren’t as deck-like as the others either, they’re sort of ridged whereas most of the others you find today have that scratched on look. I think overall it’s great for the price.

Answer:	As in the pipe "PVC"? And that other word, it's a chemical right? I have no idea. We didn't really read the package because my daughter just really wanted to play with it. I just know my daughter likes it. She plays with it for a good 15-20 minutes while we drive around town. We keep in the car mostly. Sorry I couldn't answer your question. Should be pretty safe though... I mean I ate Mexican candy growing up and apparently that has lead in it... and I turned up fine.... I guess.
