The keys were difficult for his little fingers to press and the activities were a bit complex, so I purchased him the leapfrog laptop, which has raised keys, a larger screen, and simpler activities. The alphabet program gives a letter, makes its sound and gives an example of a word that starts with it. When it says, "rrrrrrrr", he always laughs. The tablet is for older kids. My son's 4-year-old cousin was more of the age to enjoy it.

Question:	Has anyone bought this for a left handed child? How did it go
Answer:	Have no idea balls are encased in unit and they pop up when you use the magnetic wand pen . They go back in with the wand also but sliding your hand across the board works faster. This is by far the best magnetic toy besides magnetic tiles . I have a daycare & preschool program and my kids love this toy .
