Answer:	There are I believe 11 preset sounds. Unfortunately, a campfire is not one of them. You can not load any new sounds. I use the wind sounds a lot more like ocean waves and although that is another sound I like the wind sound better. I do have to say though that I absolutely love this machine. My daughter sleeps so much better with it. I love that you can preset it to go on and off when you want it to.
Question:	Does there have to be 1 min. between programs? I would like for it to change from red (sleep) to green (wake) without turning off in between
Answer:	Great question! If there is any overlap, the second program will override the first. For example, if your bedtime program runs until 8:05am, and your morning program is set to start at 8:00am... your Rest will switch from bedtime to morning at 8:00am. Answer:	Yes each device is managed separately in the Hatch app, really easy/inuitive. I actually have one for my toddler and newborn too - it's the only sound machine out there that I came across that you can program by time!:)

Answer:	It is possible to control the light and sound settings directly from the device, BUT in the newest app update they added a "Toddler Lock" feature that fixes this problem. Question:	Can you keep the noise on all night without the timer
Answer:	I don't use the timer. I have one on my side of the bed and my husband has one one his. We each found a noise we like and set it to the volume that masked the upstairs neighbor. I don't turn it off until I get up in the morning. I am sleeping better now than ever. There are a lot of combinations between fan/white noise and the volume. I have no doubt you'll be able to find exactly the right setting for your best night's sleep.
Question:	Is this machine effective for blocking out traffic/highway noise? Just cars passing by. No horns or sirens. Thanks for your time
Answer:	We live on a busy street and yes it helps block all traffic noise! It helps with snow plows and loud trucks. Not sure about a highway but I'm sure it would help!

Question:	Can someone please give me a link to the power adapter? i’ve tried vtechkids.com but i don’t see the 3.5mm dc6v adapter listed in the manual
Answer:	We have the same problem. A bit ridiculous that they do not provide you with a power adapter when you purchase this. Pretty disappointing.
