There are 7 dolls total and I believe they are 13.5 inches tall. The My Little Pony Twilight doll you are looking at measures 11.5 inches tall and a Barbie doll measures 11.5 inches to 12 inches tall. I would say they are all pretty close to fitting Barbie dolls. Answer:	As in the pipe "PVC"? And that other word, it's a chemical right? I have no idea. We didn't really read the package because my daughter just really wanted to play with it. I just know my daughter likes it. She plays with it for a good 15-20 minutes while we drive around town. We keep in the car mostly. Sorry I couldn't answer your question.
