Answer:	The product box says the globe’s scale is 1:43,000,000...we aren’t sure if that means topographically as well, our thought is no. Having said that, you can run you fingers along the globe and feel all of the mountain ranges. It’s a beautiful globe. When lighted and when not. The globe seems weighted and spins nicely under one’s fingers. We are pleased with this purchase.
Question:	What does it do
Answer:	This question is easily answered by measuring the circumference of the globe along the "equator": about 37.5 inches, give or take 0.2 inches, giving a low of 11.9 to a high of 12.0 inches. Since the string I used had some gives, I would opt for 12.0 inches. If the globe were advertised as 13" diameter, this would mean a circumference of about 40.8, a difference of 3.3inches, which my string could not possibly stretch by that much!

Question:	How loud is this toy? Does it make noise when it's not being played with
Answer:	Not at this time. It would be nice though because I think these guys need a little more grip since they are pretty lightweight. Also, time will tell how durable the shells are but mine look fine after rolling a few hours over my classroom floor. They do make replaceable covers for them, but you must buy a multi pack.

Answer:	I run this on tiles everyday playing with my cat, he swats/slaps it all the time and it hits my concrete walls and wooden cupboard. The plastic cover does make a scary sound when it hits against the wall etc but it holds, so far so good. Its plastic so it may eventually break depending on your use but its sufficiently durable

Answer:	I find the combination of the sounds this toy makes from its cheap speaker and its volume level incredibly annoying. There is no volume control. It does not make noise when it's not being played with. But a small piece of gaffer tape over the speaker helped mute the sound and make the volume level more manageable.

Answer:	Unfortunately, due to the Amazon Fire's security restrictions, this is the only tablet that Artie does not work with.

Answer:	I used the skinny dry erase markers on a dry erase board with Artie! It worked great! The wheels make marks because the ink stays wet longer than on paper, but it's still pretty cool.

Answer:	Yes, it works with the standard Kindle Fire. However, the Kindle Fire for Kids' safety features do not allow connection with Artie 3000’s WiFi.

Answer:	No it is not a good toy for a 1 year old. The toy is designed to teach coding. 1 year olds are not supposed to code at that age. This toy is more appropriate for a 4 or 5 year old, if they are pretty sharp.

Answer:	I hadn't tried it on carpet but I would think itd work just as fine as long as the carpet isn't super long. You can use the mouse just on the hardwood floor itself or a table top too. You don't have to use the maze board. I just didn't want to get any hair wrapped up in the wheels by using hit on the floor

Answer:	Kids can use Dash as early as 5 or 6 years of age. The apps Path and Go work well for them. Path has the basics of planning, problem solving with robots. Blockly app lets kids 7-10 year olds get the programming experience -- it requires basic reading ability.
Question:	Is this the new Coding Family Bundle that replaces the old version
Answer:	The best product to start with is Dash -- it works with all the apps (though you will need to buy the Xylophone to use the Xylo app), and packs in an amazing personality. You can buy accessories afterwards. If you are looking to save money right away, the Wonder Pack offers that value. Dash comes with LEGO brick and Technics attachments, so it is really a good purchase to get started by itself.
