Answer:	I don't know what the thread count is but I put my pillow cases on over the pillow protector so that I don't have to wash my pillows all the time. They keep dust etc off of your pillows and you wash the protector and the pillow cases rather than your pillows. I hope this is helpful to you!

Answer:	thank you for writing (and ordering) :)) the fabric is semi sheer. It is a light material that give some privacy but not full cover. It filters the light and create a lovely purple hue. you should double the fabric to the distance it is covering for better 'gathering' and more cover. also you can use blinds inside the window frame and use the drapes hanging from a decorative rod. Answer:	Thats a great question, the panels have both options: one side is 'tab top' and most customers use it for hanging. The other side of the curtain is a 2" rod pocket tunnel, use that side up, the pretty print will be on top. please note you will need to cut off the tabs and you will loose 4" in the total length with that look. Hope this helps. otherwise we also help with alterations, so if you need a certain length, you can purchase a curtain longer enough and let us know the length you require, it is $10.00 per panel.
