We have found through our experiences and talking with others that if you turn the cards FACE UP and shuffle them, then it works better. Probably because of the natural curve that gets more and more distorted as you play and as people hand shuffle, that causes the cards to not shuffle so well in the shuffler. So try it and the product will continue to work like a gem! |

I found out, with a lot of shuffling the plastic bar that engaged the power is a soft plastic and a grove melted where the 2 wires that make it run are. Pressing harded will not make it work. I melted a harder type plastic accross the bar solved the problem. The second one did the same and with continued use and harder pressure on the bar it not only melted a grove the small screw that holds the start bar went through the hole and it quit working. A small washer solved this problem. I was about to complain and ask for a refund or replacement. I think I can keep both running at least until we wear them out completely. |
