Answer:	The commander decks are made by the manufacturer. Make sure they are factory sealed when you get.

Answer:	All decks have one card each, as per the rules for Commander. Besides basic land cards, each deck does not have any duplicate cards within each deck.

Most people have more powerful decks because they have more cards. These are great to start with and upgrade if you like how they play. I have to many cards and still buy them every year, great staple cards in them. Wouldn't recommend paying more than$25 to $35 each.

Answer:	It's basic supply and demand - there is technically no MSRP as the manufacturer ceased doing MSRPs this year, but these are already sold out at the distributor level and in order for a store to want to ship them away when they could simply open them for $100 worth of cards or sell them locally at $40 and not lose shipping or fees, they need to be incentivized.
