Answer:	Well if you feel underneath his belly which is what I did because I am blind. You can pull the thing out that makes the music. But you want to be really really careful. The battery feels like a little watch battery. And if you pull too hard a wire will come out. I had someone try to fix it but it would not fix. I purchased these for them and they LOVE that they shake and add an extra dimension to the noise of this toy. The only drawback is that these don't have "green" and they are plastic. Currently they are $8 (Prime) for a set of extras. They do hold up very well though considering the twins fight over them constantly and bang them around with the hammer and any other toy they can find.
