Magic: The Gathering (MTG) is a popular collectible card game (CCG) that falls under the category of board games and games accessories. It was created by mathematician Richard Garfield and published by Wizards of the Coast, a subsidiary of Hasbro.MTG was first released in 1993 and has since become one of the most well-known and enduring card games in the world.
Here are some key points about Magic: The Gathering:
Gameplay: MTG is a strategy card game where players use decks of cards representing magical spells, creatures, and artifacts to defeat their opponents. The game is typically played by two or more players, each with their deck.
Objective: The primary objective in MTG is to reduce your opponent's life total to zero. Players do this by summoning creatures, casting spells, and employing various tactics to gain an advantage over their opponents.
Cards: MTG features a vast and diverse library of cards, each with unique abilities and attributes. These cards are categorized into different types, including creatures, enchantments, instants, sorceries, and more.
Mana: One of the central mechanics of the game is the use of mana, which represents a player's magical energy. Players tap lands (cards that produce mana) to pay for the cost of playing other cards, allowing them to cast spells and summon creatures.
Expansions: MTG continually releases new sets and expansions, introducing new cards, mechanics, and themes to keep the game fresh and exciting. Players can customize their decks with cards from various sets.
Formats: MTG offers various formats for play, including Standard, Modern, Commander, and more, each with its own rules and card pool restrictions. This allows players to choose the style of play that suits them best.
Collectibility: Many MTG players enjoy collecting rare and valuable cards. Some cards, especially those from older sets, can become quite valuable due to their scarcity and gameplay utility.
Tournaments and Events: MTG has a thriving competitive scene, with players participating in tournaments at local, national, and international levels. The game's World Championship is one of the most prestigious events in the world of competitive card gaming.
Community: Magic: The Gathering has a passionate and active player community, both online and offline, where players discuss strategies, trade cards, and organize events.
Digital Versions: In addition to physical cards, MTG has digital versions, including Magic: The Gathering Arena and Magic Online, which allow players to enjoy the game digitally and compete online.
Magic: The Gathering offers a rich and complex gaming experience with deep strategy and endless possibilities. It has a dedicated fan base and continues to evolve with new card sets and expansions, ensuring its enduring popularity in the world of tabletop gaming.

How to Draft Commander Legends:
1. Grab 3 Boosters and Draft 2 Cards at a Time.
Unlike in other forms of Commander, you can draft and play as many copies of the same card as you want. Remember to keep an eye out for powerful legendary creatures to play as your commander!
2. Build a 60-Card Commander Deck.
Add in some lands and build your deck. Let your commander guide you! Each legendary creature in the set can shine with the right suite of cards backing it up. Read them carefully and look for cards that support their strengths.
3. Battle it out with 4–8 Friends.
Draft with four or eight players, then play games in groups of four. Each Commander Legends draft is a freewheeling back-and-forth battle in which alliances are formed, friends are betrayed, and grudges are repaid with a vengeance. In the end, only one player will be left standing . . . until the next draft begins, of course!

User questions & answers
Question: | Are the 40 lands in the bundle full art lands or not |
Answer: | They are NOT full art lands. There are 20 Regular frame lands, and 20 Foil regular frame lands. |
Question: | Is this worth the money? It’s for gameplay/collecting |
Answer: | For gameplay yes, it's themost current set. As for collecting, time will tell. I think the current price is $35 for the fatpack. Most LCS and WALMART are selling for $40. |
Question: | My friend said “make sure this has a box topper”. Idk what that is but does this have it |
Answer: | Box topper is a one of a kind card only found in buying a full box of boosters. You buy an unopened box this should have it. This card will not be found in packs. |
Question: | Does this include a code for mtg arena |
Answer: | No this doesn't have an arena code. You want Prerelease draft pack for that and it has a code with 6 packs of Zendikar Rising. Limit one code per account. Yoi won't get that with this box though. |

User questions & answers
Question: | Sorry i'm new to mtg. is this the best booster box set in recent years that i can purchase from amazon for under $150? what else would you recommend |
Answer: | in all honesty there's no true one answer for this. depending on what you mean by "best". 1. for value I would say this isn't bad (compared to draft booster boxes of zendikar rising). these packs are fun to crack plus you should also receive a nonfoil expedition land card too! 2. if you actually play magic then this box is okay, but I would save yourself some $$ and just get draft box (also should include nonfoil expedition land). 3. collector boxes have the extended art/premium cards and should (hopefully) retain value in the future. |
Question: | Did not include box topper |
Answer: | No my box didn't include one |
Question: | Mine did not come with a box topper |
Answer: | Tell Amazon. |
Question: | Where is the box topper located |
Answer: | It is inside the box as a seperate pack |
