Answer:	I can't remember the original game perfectly so I can't be sure, but I think another new feature is a choice between competitive vs cooperative play--all players can play against each other, or play as one team. In that case, it is a race against assembling a bird puzzle. If all fruit is off the trees before the bird puzzle is complete, everyone wins. My young kids (ages 6 and 4) like playing that way best.

Answer:	40 seconds. You can make it shorter by not winding it all the way but it is plenty of time for my 3 year old to put the pieces in. I remember it being much shorter when I was a child.

Answer:	Well...I don't quite remember how big the pieces are in the original version, since that was almost 25 years ago when my children had the game. The pieces in this version are of course shaped, but ROUGHLY around the size of a quarter. If your child tends to put things in their mouth, then this wouldn't be appropriate, pieces could easily be swallowed. Depends if you would be supervising the whole time.
