Answer:	I believe it will unless the carpet is high. I have wood floors and an area rug and my grand-kids seemed to do alright pushing it on the rug. It is a little harder going from floor to rug. This is a really sturdy cart and made so it will not tip over easy. My grand-kids love it.

Answer:	I recently purchased this toy and it it so easy to assemble. The cart is detachable and can be use as a hand basket and wheels work great. The only complaint is the mini seat for the doll. The seat is weak and the velcro detaches easily through time when dolls is in place.

Answer:	I'm sorry I can't tell you because it broke :( My 3yr old loved it! She always loader it up with to many toys and it kept bending at the bottom where the L shape is. It just kept bending down and we would bend it back until it broke completely.

Question:	What are the dimensions of the basket and does the little "seat" in the basket fold up or away to allow for more room in the basket itself
Answer:	It might be a tad high for a 1.5 year old, but I'd be more concerned with the fact that it doesn't turn very well. A younger child would have great difficulty maneuvering it.
Question:	Would this be good for a 3year old
Answer:	The wheels are wood, rimmed with solid rubber "tires". Rolls very smoothly & quietly on our wood floors.
Question:	Would it push well on carpet
Answer:	I do not have carpet in the house, but the wheels roll independently of each other. remember carpets have different thicknesses.
Question:	How tall is the handle on this cart
Answer:	Not at all. My granddaughter had just turned 2 when I gave it to her last Christmas. It is so adorable and so sturdy. I loved the fact that there is a place for the doll to go just like the big buggies have a place for the child.
