Answer:	The previous comment is correct, it comes in 3 large/tall boxes, seems like 4 ft. tall is about right. They are all large brown boxes, I think they all say "Step 2" on them, and they each have a large number on them, "1", "2", and "3." I think it also says "Play Kitchen" on the boxes in large letters. No colorful pictures, tho, so if the kid can't read, they won't know what it is. Definitely not a thing "Santa" can put together in a night, but VERY IMPRESSIVE when finished! For sure, buy lots of food stuffs and plates/plastic silverware to put in all the nooks and crannies! (It doesn't come with much.) After your kid has played with this behemoth, the other ones you see will be too small in comparison. Have fun!

Answer:	YES, same here! Just took it out of the box today and the door has been hanging open, even after I tightened the screws. It looks like a few other reviews mentioned this problem too. I also noticed only the oven door is a different shade of white from the other doors (cupboards, fridge) which makes it look like a refurbished item, not a new one. I would return this if I could.
