Question:	Are they hard or soft & bendy
Answer:	There is no info on the plate stating where they are made. They are a very good quality & really hold up exceptionally well. I use the 1st set I ordered to feed a feral cat colony everyday. I often leave them out overnight in the the cold & hot weather and they are exposed to all the elements. They’ve held up, have not lost their color, no peeling, no chipping or cracking. They are tuff & still look great. I got a second set to use for sandwiches, snacks & desserts. They are a great buy & an excellent product. Very functional & handy.

Answer:	Not really. Its plastic so it can melt. If you do microwave, I wouldn’t put it in any longer than 1min.

Answer:	Thank you for you interest in our products. We would not recommend cutting on the pan as it could damage the nonstick coating and void the warranty.

Answer:	this is a calphalon classic pizza pan and requires nothing extra. maybe just a lite flour coating to ensure your dough does not fry and stick, but for the most part, I have cooked homes, store bought and reheated and the only thing you need to worry about it scratching the coating. Once the coating is gone its time for a new pan.
