Answer:	My jammed in the very beginning and i went to YouTube and put in how to fix a jammed kumiKreator and it had different vidoes. If it wont turn it shows you how to thake the things off that holds the spools and turn it and then put the holder thing back in. And that unjammed mine.

Answer:	If the length you need can be fit onto the bobbin without overfilling it, then you should be able to use a 1mm cord. I've used DK/sport weight yarn and embroidery floss successfully. I tried using 1/4" and 1/8" ribbons, but over-wound the bobbins and it was not good.
Question:	What’s frustration packaging
Answer:	We did. The main benefit being the ability to wind 6 feet of embroidery floss or craft string on each reused bobbin (save some empties) so you can make a matching bracelet and necklace. It is thinner so the end result is a bit thinner as well. Winding the bobbins is tedious. You’ll need to buy some thinner breakaway clasps for necklaces, but can braid and tie any bracelets to finish those the old fashioned way. Necklaces need that breakaway safety. We re-swung the tension arm back and cinched and taped the weaving end down to it so we could continue past the original bracket length but also did fine holding tension by simply holding the woven end up to keep tension. A newer version of this product has an extra clip for making necklaces so you don’t have to use tape. We bought a huge multipack of floss with 100 skeins for under $10 from a leading craft store. So, yes, works great! The Kumi thread is a great product though.
