@Hawkeye Media: Thank you for your brief post. It is great to see sellers calling out other sellers on price gouging. (I will definitely shop with you). This is the problem with shopping on Amazon. Too many sellers who run out, buy something with limited availability, depleting the stock, and then charging an exorbitant rate for the product when regular consumers can no longer find it. This is despicable (it's basically scalping, but with a product rather than tickets). Of course, while the product is still in stock, I can't understand why anyone would purchase a Target exclusive item from anywhere other than Target (unless they don't know, which is where the opportunists on Amazon take advantage of them). It's $53.99 @ Target. It doesn't cost $25 to ship, and unless you drive a tank or a Hummer, it'd probably be cheaper to drive 30-60 minutes away than to pay an extra $25 here. Also, there are currently other Amazon sellers who are selling it for approximately the same price it is at target (in case you still prefer to order through Amazon for some reason). Please don't exaggerate about the fees Amazon charges. They are minuscule compared to that $25 mark-up over RETAIL (my wife operates an Amazon store, I know what we pay). That's almost a 50% markup over the retail price! I have to admit, it's great to see sellers defending other sellers, but not so much when they're defending these practices. I'm not naïve.
