1, Prepare your patch and preheat the iron (160¡æ-200¡æ).

2, Make your clothes smooth and choose the position to iron. A cloth is welcomed to put between the iron and patch/clothes to protect your clothes. You can also turn over the cloth to Iron. (The glue can be easier melt.)

3, Press the Iron for 15 seconds.

4, When the patch cool down, check it. If not ironed, repeat the steps.

Question:	Is liqued iv gluten free
Answer:	Yes, it is gluten-free. Sorry for the horrible answers above. They obviously don't "even understand what gluten is." It's not just bread - it is used as a filler in many products including lipstick, chicken broth, toothpaste, etc. Also, just because there are no ingredients listed that contain gluten the product itself could gluten in it due to cross-contamination at the manufacturer. I have Celiac Disease and am very familiar with what gluten is and the effects it can have (including cancer in people with Celiac Disease - it's not just a recent diet fad). I don't believe it is certified as gluten-free, however I have used two of the flavors (not the Acei) and have had no effects from it. As of now you should feel safe using it. But, if you're asking about gluten I am sure you're aware that the ingredients, source of ingredients, or manufacturing process can always change without warning and introduce gluten into the product. Again, sorry about the terrible answers above from people who just don't get it. Good luck!

Answer:	Yes it's great for hangovers! It was originally designed as a hangover "cure". My only warning is that it is packed with vitamins and minerals so if you feel nauseous its good to drink it with some food so it's not the only thing in your stomach. Question:	How is the fit of these shoes on wider feet
Answer:	This shoe runs a bit on the wider side of medium. It’s not a full wide width but if you’re able to wear some medium width shoes, this one will work as it is a bit wider than a standard medium but not a full wide. The canvas/mesh style will stretch a bit more than the leather will. Order 1/2 size up too. I normally wear a 6.5-7.0. A 6.5 if I can get a full wide. Mostly I wear a 7.0 no matter the width. However in athletics I’m a 7.5 always. In this I’m a 7.5. Which is why I’d recommend a half size up.
