Answer:	The item is an older version of the barbie dreamhouse and is actually rare.

Answer:	The basic frame is plastic but there are cardboard panels at the roof peaks and one window is cardboard. Also the sounds thing is one multi use item that you attach different things too. It is a bathroom vanity or a night stand so you have to move it from room to room to make sounds.

Answer:	The Style I ordered said "Brown box, no branded exterior" and the description says "A Wonderful Gift. Keep this Barbie Dreamhouse a surprise when it’s delivered! The special packaging in which it comes features minimal graphics and markings on the outside to keep the beautiful gift inside hidden until it’s opened!" It had "Barbie Dreamhouse Playset" in 2" letters and ruined the surprise for my grandaughter's 10th birthday several days ahead since it was in the driveway when she got home before I did. Customer service apologized for the "inconvenience". My review stating this was not accepted and the item was not eligible for Packaging Feedback!
