Question:	Does the fabric uses colorfast dyes? Does the dye come off
Answer:	With just regular play, yes the dyes are colorfast. I don't know about washing them because I didn't. All the outfits I received were nice, soft, stretchy material except 2 dresses. One dress was satin-like and the other seemed like a plastic sort of material.

Answer:	The clothes would fit but would be large on the smaller doll. Doesn’t look as good. Clothes are wonderful for American Girl size doll.

Answer:	According to the information included with the clothing, all the items will fit an 18 inch doll. I purchased the doll clothing as a gift for my great-granddaughter for Christmas so that's all the information I have at this time.
