Here is (probably) the best comparison that I can provide, using the skillets. The traditional Lodge L8SK3 skillet is 10.25 inches across the upper rim, and it has an 8-inch diameter cooking surface. However, the Lodge Pro-Logic P10S3 is 10 inches across the upper rim, and it only has a 7-inch diameter cooking surface. There is also a big difference is the design of the handles and upper rims. Incorporated into all upper edges of the P10S3 (handles and rim) is a one-third-inch heavy rim of metal. This rim allows easy pouring of the contents, without using the normal two pour spouts. The Pro-Logic handles are longer and wider, so you probably should determine your preference, before buying. Cooking qualities are similar (I have both of them).

And also make sure you let your bricks air-dry - no hot dryers as the temperature can make bricks change their shape.
