| Answer: | As of today in 2020, the set is about to be retired. If someone's on the fence about getting it, I'd recommend checking the Lego site and if it's out of stock there, check Target and believe it or not, BestBuy - it was at one I visited on 12/3 for 89.99. And I did NOT buy it. lol But once a set's retired, the availability goes and the only option is a collector with a spare or reseller. And a set like this (licensed, classic nostalgia, pop-culture) is likely to go up to $200 or so by next year. The Disney Castle is a high priced one too but once that's retired (if it isn't already) it'll probably end up over $1,000 and then higher as time passes and scarcity comes in to play. |
