To prevent bacterial growth, use a tablespoon or two of white distilled vinegar with a gallon of water for the washing solution, and be sure to squeeze as much water out after washing as possible. It is a GREAT toy and washing them will be necessary, but I found it to be easy!

Answer:	I have purchased this product twice. When I bought it years ago the eggs had brown faces and colored bodies. The colors were different from the pictures; they were not as pretty and bright. I purchased this product again last December as a Christmas present for a relative and it came just as pictured. I was bummed out when I got my first one years ago because it wasn't the one with super cute colors. That was quickly forgotten and is still a favorite toy here even after two years. I think this toy is a must have for all babies and toddlers, go for it.

Answer:	Yes there should be 6 colors. Some have stated otherwise but the seller I got from had 6 different colored eggs!
Question:	Do the egg pieces "click" together or are the egg shell tops more like hats that just sit on top of the chicks inside
Answer:	The eggs are like hats. They don't snap or anything. The toddler just puts them on top of the "chick" that has the corresponding facial expression. When mine tries to pick up the container with them all in it, and she turns it upside down, the eggs all fall out and come apart. She finds it funny, but it becomes kind of tedious to put them all back in (if toddler doesn't want to clean up after herself). That being said, the tops of the eggs fit each egg well (there are no gaps) and it's easy for a baby to take them off and put them on, even if the faces aren't aligned with the chick (or on the correct chick).
Question:	How noisy/loud are the squeaky eggs? Would this be annoying to take on the plane
Answer:	There not very loud at all, the only troubles I would see being on a plane would be parts falling on the floor. My granddaughter loves this toy and spends more time taking then apart and putting them back in the carton. Then we play together and say colors ,shapes, and even matching the faces to the eggs.

Answer:	I’m confused. I thought you said you sent it back. How many did you get in the other box? Maybe they wanted you to return all three of them. I had a problem with mine and didn’t have to return the ones that weren’t working correctly. They were very understanding so please contact them again. It could also be that maybe they’ve had problems with a lot of the lights so that could be why they now want people to return damaged ones.

Answer:	They look a little frosted or maybe crackled is a better word during the day. Not to noticeable. They all change colors. These lights are really bright and look nice at night. I live in an area that the sunlight is not always the brightest but they still light well. I get a lot of compliments on them.

Question:	What are the dimensions of the blocks? I'd love to know how big they are
Answer:	They are soft and easy to stack, as long as you teach your child to put the flap part on its side. Not all cubes have flaps. If the flaps are on top it can be bumpy, and the tower will collapse easily. There are other things to do with these harmless "blocks". The flaps are good for teaching cause and effect. (Example of and effect: Seeing an apple core under the flap.) There are cute puzzle pairs on all sides of the cubes that have a matching piece on another cube.
