Answer:	Well, I bought it for my daughter when she was 5, but she played with it maybe 6 months. It's cheap enough that it seemed worth it. I would think though it would be more for 3-5Yrs.

Answer:	Is not about the quality of magnets.. north and south poles attract. Like poles repel. This will be the case in any magnet regardless of strength. If it’s not hooking up one direction you would just have to flip it around

Answer:	I have washed mine in the dishwasher on the top rack. I put them in the bottle dishwasher basket so they don't fly around. No damage to them after washing.

Answer:	As long as there is no pattern to the tub they will stick. My tub surround has a pattern so we can't stick to wall but my grandson is still able to stick these against inside of ceramic coated bathtub.

Answer:	I think they would be great for a 3 year old. I'm not sure why others say they wouldn't be. I got them for my 20 month old daughter. Granted all children/babies have different development and stages of learning and enjoyment, but these little cups have a lot to offer babies and children of all ages. And as an adult I am impressed with them as well. It's a steal of a deal at less than $4 including shipping. I was surprised and impressed to see that each cup had a number on the bottom as well as different shaped holes depending on the number. Many children and even adults I imagine lol are not going to get that concept, but it by no means necessitates that they couldn't and shouldn't enjoy playing with the cups. My baby loves to line them up and put things and out of them, and she wanted to bring the biggest blue one into the pool with us so it worked awesomely as an 8-holed sprinkler. Anyways, they are cute, fun, and have more to offer as the child progresses and learns and understands new concepts and things. I'm glad I got them for my baby when she was not even 2 and I hope that you got them for the 3 year old toddler despite weird people telling you not to, or if you haven't since you asked that question last November hopefully now you will get them for the nearly 4 year old. No reason not to!

Answer:	BPA is Bisphenol-A A very common and wdely studied ingredient in plastic. I work in the plastics industry and can tell you it is as simple as this. Either you use BPA or you don't, there really is not any room for ambiguity. One of my company's products is BPA Free, the recipe instead used BPF which is what water bottles use these days. BPF is popular additive in plastic because no one has proven that it's dangerous yet.
