I purchased these for them and they LOVE that they shake and add an extra dimension to the noise of this toy. The only drawback is that these don't have "green" and they are plastic. Currently they are $8 (Prime) for a set of extras. They do hold up very well though considering the twins fight over them constantly and bang them around with the hammer and any other toy they can find. Question:	I ordered this as a gift and there is a missing part. Who do i contact for that
Answer:	I would start with whoever you purchased the item.
Question:	Does the steering handle turn the wheels or are the wheels stationary
Answer:	The steering handle turns the front wheels. BTW. My grandson at 18 months was too small for it. Now he's 20 months and rides it around the apartment all day.

Answer:	It’s small enough for one year old. About 14 inches on the seat.
Question:	Could the front and back wheel bases be swapped so the wider base is in the front, thereby avoiding running over tots' feet
Answer:	I haven't tried that but i'm pretty sure you can do it. However, I am not that sure that the scooter would be as stable as it is in its original configuration. Personally, I don't like the design of this scooter and I wouldn't reccomend it for 2 reasons: one is what you already expressed (the baby's feet get trapped under the back wheels), the second one is the very very poor built quality. I had to return 3 scooters before finding one whose handle was not so horribly misaligned with the body of the scooter (i.e., handle did not form a 90 degree angle with the main axis of the scooter).
