Answer:	These boat toys are certified safe for ages 18 months and up. The government classifies toys into 3 age groups - for all ages, for 18 months and up and for ages 3 years old and up. All toys are required to be tested in a US government approved lab to meet the standards deemed appropriate for the age group. We submitted our testing for 18 months and up and received certification approval. Amazon divides their toys into different age groups - under 2 years old (the baby category) or over 2 years old (the childrens category.) Since our toys fall into both categories we had to choose one. We chose the 2 years old and up classification as that seemed the most appropriate since our toys are also enjoyed by kids ages 3, 4 and 5 years old. I hope this helps. Answer:	I would say so yes. These are very robust toys. We bought it for our 1 year old grandson and he throws it around the room (to make it fly). It hasn't broken yet!

Answer:	No, it is not propulsed. It is very safe for small kids and it does floats over water .
Question:	Does it float
Answer:	This plane partially floats--it will sink into the water in the pool due to the openings in each float's front. Won't sink entirely so we can still use it in pool but it sort of wallows in water when it gets heavy...hard to push around on top...so answer is sort of...

Question:	Can these be taken apart to dry
Answer:	Not easily. They are two separate pieces but I'm not sure they will snap back together if taken apart. We got these for use in the bathtub and we haven't had an issue with them not drying good. We just drain the water out and set them up and they dry. Hope this helps.
Question:	Does the sail snap in solidly on the sail boat or does it come out easily
Answer:	I've never tried to take the sail off, so I'd say very solid. It has lasted 2 summers and lots of bathtub time so far.
