Answer:	Take out the battery when not in use, wipe off the water on it, let it dry, and then use it again

Answer:	It’s very safe, but don’t put the base in there only put the whale portion in… I made the mistake of putting the whole thing in and it got wet and dried out just fine but a lot of water went in there. Nothing bad happened though. The kids LIVE them and the water does not get into the battery compartment of the whale.

Question:	How do you clean the solar panel top
Answer:	I think you are asking about the different modes it has. Continuous, cycling(long) & cycling(short). You simply press the power button until the mode you want lights up. That is the only self-start mode I am aware of. Wherein the pump will be on for a few minutes and then cycle off on it's own. The same holds true for it's long cycle. Question:	Why does my bath water turn brownish when using this? I used it according to the directions
Answer:	Hello Yvonne, great question, thanks for inquiring with us! As with all media based filters, including the Bath Ball, when first flushing and activating the filter some harmless media dust will flush out that can cause discoloration. This should only be for the first bath or two, we don't normally hear feedback of this nature when it has been used for many baths and believe there may be an issue with the filter you've received. Brownish coloration may be related to Iron in the water, which the Bath Ball's KDF Filter Media will oxidize, causing it to drop out of solution and show a brownish hue. We have a couple different types of filter elements that fit inside The Bath Ball Housing and we'd like to send a model filter that won't oxidize the Iron. Please contact us for a full refund and if you're up for giving us a 2nd chance, we'd also like the offer sending you a more suitable replacement filter at no additional cost to you!
