Answer:	The distance between the holes was not a problem.
Question:	Can I put a boys name on the front cover
Answer:	The bolts are really long. I don't think the padding on the seat affects the brackets that the bolts go through. We used a regular seat and had at least 2 inches extra length on the bolt beyond what we needed. My mother has been using this seat for about 9 months and is very pleased with it.
Question:	How is the hospital bracelet stored in the book
Answer:	Center-to-center distance is 5 1/2 inches. The bolts themselves are 1/4-20 X 6 1/2 inch long.

Answer:	This book is very simple yet nicely put together. It has room for all baby's firsts and major milestones. It dedicates 1 page for ages 1-5. But there is no pages for months 1-12.

Question:	what is the size of the photo should we print/use
Answer:	For our baby memory books, we tried to take a very child-focused approach. You will find that most references to parents are worded like "we loved," "we watched you grow," etc. We've recently updated all our books and removed the family tree labels due to various family dynamics to give customers the freedom to label each space to fit their personal situations. The only specific reference to any one parent is on the "before you were born" page where there's a photo spot for mom's belly and a blank to write what mom was craving. There is no specific mention of "dad" in any baby book. Hope this helps!
Question:	Does the book have a growth chart? And how do you get the handprints/footprints - can you use ink pad and is it included
Answer:	This baby book can absolutely be used for a baby boy or baby girl. The wording is not gender specific.

Question:	Is the Captain Calamari book supposed to have peek-a-boo/lift flaps? It says so on the packaging, but I don't see any flaps anywhere in the book
Answer:	No it does not have peek-a-boo flaps. There is a mirror on the last page for the baby/child to see themselves, but I never knew the packaging said it was supposed to.
Question:	The book I received was sent directly from China, and is of poor quality. Is there a way to ensure the product is authentic if purchase on Amazon
Answer:	Write in to customer service. I received a poor quality one, which I thought was fake and they sent a replacement. I compared the second one to those sold in stores, quality about the same. Even those in stores, colors are not bright, prints are not very clear.
Question:	I have this book but have not tried washing it yet. Has anyone tried, either by hand or machine? If you did, how did the book handle being washed
Answer:	It does say hand wash, but I've thrown them in the washer and dryer on occasion. I don't wash them too much, but an occasional toss in the wash has not been a problem to the book structure. I do have a basic lamaze book that has no words, only different inner textures like the crinkles a rattle and a squeeker. The squeeker has stopped squeeking. I don't know if that's due to washing or overuse. :) Still very usable book.
Question:	There is a choking hazard listed on this Peek a Boo Forest but I think it might be a mistake? Please advise
Answer:	I don't think anything about this book could present a choking hazard. The beak of the owl sticks out but is sewed on well and I can't imagine any infant or even toddler could pull it off. I have never been worried about my (now) 10 month old with this book.

Answer:	It does not. I had my husband and the nurse do our baby's footprints on the just born page. The ink allowed the text of the page to show still, but there wasn't a lot of room for it. You could also do it on the inside cover. Definitely no designated page though.

Answer:	Yes. Book is spiral bound hard cover.
Question:	Is this book also for same sex couples (2 dads) or does it have a lot of "Mommy, Mother, Mom" typed in it
Answer:	There is a family tree page but I think you could easily photocopy the page and replace the mother tile with another father tile. Other than that it’s pretty ambiguous.

PRINT PRO TIP: For a perfect wiggle free print, wait until the baby is sleeping peacefully.
