Question:	What is the recommended age for this
Answer:	I bought this for my son who was 4..he's now 5 and it seems to be a good age for it. It requires patience and focus. My son loves it!!
Question:	Is it easy to rip the tape that is provided, or are scissors recommended? We are looking for plane-friendly activities as scissors won't be available
Answer:	The tape is difficult to tear for a 4yr old. I let my daughter use safety scissors to do it. I would suggest Wiki stix (Amazon) for a good plane ride activity.
Question:	do they sell the tape separately? We got this and are already running low on tape. Would love to just buy the tape and not the book again
Answer:	I just bought some tape to replace it and it is perfect. It is slightly narrower, but still covers the white guidelines in the book and the variety of colors are fun! Answer:	I don't know, but we didn't like theses puzzles because the pieces fit too tightly for either the toddler of the grandparent to easily use.

Answer:	Some children can put this type of puzzle together at age three others not until four

Answer:	It doesn't really come in a box per say, but it is recommended for 3-5 and my grandson was doing these at 3.. Hope that helps. Extra tidbit they are very sturdy

Answer:	This puzzle was brought for a 5 year old, but her sister who is 8 will also work on it and enjoys the puzzle too.
