Answer:	As in new with tag? Yes, the one we purchased did. It's smaller than I expected. We bought an Enderman from the same place and it was tiny. Answer:	So sorry I don't ever take the figures out of the box or card , But all the new Star wars Black series are usually Articulating or have that feature , Being this one is carbonized meaning a light coat of metallic spray is applied to the figure I think the answer would be no, I just checked five of my 10 carbonized figures and it looks like the arms are made to move possibly their legs as well, I hope this helps anyway The Boba Feit figure is awesome and those of us who got these figures at retail or a little above are lucky,My last two carbonized figures are 2 ea of Darth Vader at retail .

Answer:	It would be very difficult to put together in the bath, but if you want to play with the pieces in the bath, that could be done. Love this puzzle! The foam pieces are very sturdy.
