Answer:	They are thick enough for a toddler to grip properly. They also make triangular crayons that are good for toddlers.

Answer:	I don’t know...I used them as a base for coloring on fabric that I DON’T want to wash out...they don’t actually say thy wash out

Answer:	I use Crayola White Crayons to cover the fabric before using a Colored Crayons as it allows for the colored crayon color to stay in tack.
Question:	Will they work for watercolor resist? One person says yes, but can not find out if this is what is used when doing a "real" watercolor on wc paper
Answer:	Yes, this works for "real" watercolor resist. It is permanent, though. Once you put the wax on, it won't come off, so be sure you get it only where you want it. You can also get liquid resist, which is a rubbery liquid substance you paint on to the dry paper. When the liquid resist dries, it can be painted over and (when you don't need it any longer) rubbed off with a finger or with a rubber cement pick-up.

Answer:	Melt Metal Marking Crayons when applied at 200DegreeF are legible to 1200DegreeF

Answer:	I doubt they'll melt. I got them for my Kindergarten class when we ran out, because they were cheap and I didn't have to peel any more crayons! Good plan, but they break easier than the common brands, and colors aren't as vibrant. They should have made them chunkier. I saved the last 1/2 box and plan to melt and mould them into shapes (LEGO).

Answer:	I sent them back Not worth it they were waxy and not good crayons more like candles without a wick.

Answer:	I was able to shave & cut them into pieces so they could be melted. I had no problems with them!!!

Tips for Melting Crayons & Protecting your Molds

• SAFETY FIRST Crayon wax can cause severe burns. Take proper precautions and keep children and pets at a safe distance.
• PROTECT YOUR OVEN Place mold on a metal baking sheet lined with tin-foil.
• PROTECT YOUR MOLDS Use a LIGHT spray of Canola oil or olive oil spray before filling with wax. Melt crayons at a LOW TEMPERATURE (200 degrees). We suggest using Craytastic! brand crayons.
• DO NOT OVERCOOK Carefully remove tray from the oven as soon as crayons have fully melted. Melted wax can spill easily. Place baking tray on a protected surface as it will be hot.
• ALLOW TO FULLY COOL Cooling time can vary. Crayons will look shiny when wet and will start to dull as they cool. Crayons will begin to crack if removed too early.
• CAREFULLY REMOVE CRAYONS Slowly bend mold away from all sides of the crayon, being extra careful around tight spots. Then slowly push out of mold.

Answer:	Yes. I usually got the full 100. I always ordered the Crayola 100 box when I taught kindergarten. The 100 box would last all year. We put one of each color in a xiplock freezer bag for each student and put their name on the bag. We periodically switched out their old crayons when they started looking shabby.
