Answer:	It takes 4 AA batteries. I didn't use rechargeable batteries, so I don't know how long they would last. I did put some fresh batteries in my daughters about a week ago and it's still going strong. She uses it for about an hour at a time and usually every other day. I have found that it doesn't "eat" batteries.

Answer:	The picture quality is pretty bad, but my kids still had fun with it. It's definitely not the same as a camera, it's more a novelty thing. You have to be really close to the object and you can't fit a ton in the frame. My kids have ipods and take pictures with those, yet still choose to play with it for fun. I didn't realize you could even print the pics, but I don't think you would want to. It's really more of a toy camera if that makes sense.

The box instructions say that there is enough material to make 4 necklaces. They only give you 4 clasps. To give you an idea of what's inside as far as charms and beads. There are 4 dolphin charms, 1 of each color, pink, blue, orange, yellow. There are several faux pearl beads for to use as spacers. Assortment of shell, seahorse, starfish charms. If you are using for 4 different girls, not everyone may get what they want. If it's for 1 child then she has a lot to play with. I purchased 4 sets for a mermaid theme birthday party for my daughter. I invited 16 girls, we had 8 come. Had enough for everyone but the Dolphins went quick and some girls did not get to use any. I did buy extra beads separately just in case.

Answer:	After around 3 weeks it may start to get stringy due to lack of nutrients. The water beads can be rinsed off, replanted and grown again with more seeds from the kit.

Answer:	We do not recommend using the plastic bowl as a fish bowl - this has not been tested in this manner. We recommend choosing a glass bowl or a plastic container that has passed the safety standards to house a live fish.
