Answer:	This always gives me a smooth finish. I just iced a butter pecan cake with coconut pecan icing. Even the textured icing was smoother than I've ever seen of it.

Answer:	Offset spatulas are designed to be used in a sort of sweeping motion and not a slicing motion. The blade isn't wide enough, long enough or sharp enough to use for slicing. Offset spatulas are useful for spreading the cake batter into the pan evenly and for spreading frosting smoothly.

Answer:	Somewhat flexible but doesn't really bend.

Answer:	I am not aware that any colored sugar product has anything to do with gluten (flour, etc.) Don't know at what kind of a facility it is produced, however.

Answer:	Don't know how you want to your them. If you want to mix them in the batter, I'm not sure what the results would be since I haven't done that. The sugar sprinkles are tiny and would melt in the batter maybe making confetti-like colored spots but they might just be a swirl of color. Of course, they are perfect for decorating the icing!
Question:	Can I bake a cake with these
Answer:	They are just colored sugar, so yes. I used them on a king cake, but it was as decoration, added on top of white frosting glaze.

Answer:	Hi, I have not tried it and the box doesn't say. The way it works is there is a bag separated in 3 and 3 openings in the coupler which then combine in the tip. I would suppose that if you leave one bag empty or fill it with the same color then you would end up with only 2 colors. Hope that helps.

Answer:	This allows you to use three different colors of icing at one time. The metal tip inside the coupler has three openings.
