Power and versatility top the list of features of the Power i-MIG 200. The new digital IGBT inverter design of the i-MIG welder reduces the weight and footprint of the unit making it truly portable. The dual voltage design allows the unit to be used about anywhere a receptacle is present. This unit packs more features than any MIG welder in its class. Dual digital displays feature both volt and amp readouts allowing the operator to make precise and repeatable adjustments to the parameters. The stick function adds an extra dimension of versatility and performance when a MIG welder isn't needed or practical. The Arc force control controls manages the arc characteristics in both MIG and Stick modes. In MIG mode, it controls current rise time, affecting puddle fluidity, bead contour, and penetration. In stick mode the arc force control behaves as a DIG control function and improves arc performance in short arc situations. Automatic Preflow and Postflow control improves weld quality during stops and starts helping to reduce porosity for high quality results. The new adjustable burn back control reduces trimming required so the wire is at the perfect length for each restart. When you consider all these features and performance, the all new Power i-MIG 200 is among the best you'll find in its class yielding professional level results. MIG: Weld up to a maximum of 7/16" in a single pass weld* 240V Weld up to 3/4" in multiple pass weld 240V Weld a minimum of 24 gauge 120/240V Weld a maximum of 1/8" single pass on 120V Weld a maximum of 1/4" multi-pass on 120V *Single pass welds greater than 1/4" are not generally recommended as a sound welding technique. Weld with an electrode with a minimum diameter of 1/16" 120/240V Weld with an electrode with a maximum diameter of 5/32" 240V Weld with an electrode with a maximum diameter of 3/32" 120V

User questions & answers
Question: | Why did the price jump from $650 to |
Answer: | Harbor freight Carrie's them |
Question: | where can you find the correct spool gun for the 200 i-mig unit |
Answer: | Yes |
Question: | How thick material can it weld up to |
Answer: | No you wont get all the power probably around 140 amps max @120. There is no way around using the full 200 amps without using 240. Buythe smaller version if you dont want to install a 240 outlet at your house. A 140 amp mig welder will do most jobs around house....i usually go up to 1/4" with my 140mig anything bigger i use my 250 amp mig welder. Dont try to convert a 240 volt welder to 120 like suggested below. This will just void any warranty lol. If you asking theses type of questions just buy a 140amp mig ....there cheaper |
Question: | What is the thickest metal that should be welded when using this welder |
Answer: | No .035 is max |
Question: | What contact tips are compatible |
Answer: | Gracias por su interes. Esto no es un láser, es solo un enrutador. |
Question: | does it hold 10 pound spools |
Answer: | The E3 has a 17.7" x 15.3" cutting area and a 1/4" insets on the spoilboard. The E4 has a 24" x 24" cutting area and a t-slotted spoilboard. Both assembly manuals can be downloaded and reviewed on the BobsCNC webpage. |
Question: | If you have it plugged into a regular 120 outlet instead of a 240 you don’t get the full 200 amps? Is this correct |
Answer: | I suppose it could be done, but it is not needed. The Nema17 stepper motors have more than enough torque. The CNC can jog at over 200 inches per minute. and has plenty of torque for cutting at cutting feed rates. |
Question: | Will it take .045 wire? If no, what is the maximum wire thickness it does |
Answer: | The cutting area is of the E4 is 24" x 24" so you would need to tile the work by cutting the first 24", them moving the workpiece and cutting the next 24". Also, we have a customer that modified his E4 so that it has a 24" x 48" cutting area. Please contact us thru our webpage and I will email you the pdf plans if you are interested. |

User questions & answers
Question: | can you reverse the positive and negative leads without doing damage |
Answer: | Yes it covers it and makes sure it doesn't get damaged |
Question: | how many amps can it output on 120v? cheers, stephen |
Answer: | Fill a 2qt. Sauce pan half way with water. Bring it to a boil. Get a 1.5 or 2 qt bowl and fill it with tap cold water. You need enough to fully submerge the mouthpiece. Lay out a towel on the counter so you can set it down and let it dry after the cold rinse. Follow the instructions. They give the boil time. When you put it in your mouth, it won't burn you. Bite, push with your tongue, and tighten your lips. A little suction might also help. Use metal tongs to get the mouthpiece out of the saucepan.Best advise, watch at least 3 different YouTube videos that shows a guy (or girl) doing it. You might get other good tips there. |
Question: | What is included with the welder |
Answer: | Nop |
Question: | What is the duty cycle |
Answer: | Not sure! But from all the ones I've bout even though it's one size they have fit me comfortably even tho after get a new I mild them even more |

Hand wraps protects your muscles, joints and tendons from punishing use while hitting a heavy bag or your opponent
User questions & answers
Question: | Does this come in a pair, for both hands? Or just one hand |
Answer: | The mouth guard is made of a transparent thermoplastic material that becomes totally malleable when put in boiling water for 30 seconds and then dropped cold water for a few seconds. It is designed for a teenaged/adult mouth and I don't know if you can purchase child sized ones however you can use household scissors to cut the excess length and/or height from this as you go through the molding process. (I use these guards to make small "jigs" that align and separate my teeth when my TMJ acts up and so am used to cutting off both length and extra height.) The most important thing is o get a good, tight mold that covers and protects the upper teeth all the way back to the molars. It my take more than one pass through the molding process and you might want o purchase two jut in case you mess up the first one. (The material gets very floppy when heated.) |
Question: | Is this for one hand or both hands |
Answer: | I'm not 100% sure, but I believe it is latex free. |
Question: | Does the wraps have a valcro to strap it at the end |
Answer: | Yes, here is the info from the Mfg: Boil and bite design allows for custom molding of mouthguard to maximize protection and comfort. Used primarily for training protection. 100% EVA. BPA & Phthalate free. |
Question: | Is this a pair (2) of wraps or a single (1) wrap |
Answer: | No follow the direction to boil it and drop it in cool water for a second then do your best to fit it to your mouth. You may have to boil it more than once to get a good fit but once it's done it's done. You shouldn't have to boil it again. |

You don’t have to pick one over the other. There are times where one welding process is simply a better choice than another. With the PowerARC 210STL, you won’t have to worry about that issue with both Stick and TIG capability. The PowerARC 210STL is a perfect choice for the fab shop, pipeline or even farm. It has more than enough power to handle 5/32” welding rods. Super smooth E7018 stick welds can be obtained with the use of the adjustable arc force control and hot start controls. If an E6010 electrode is required, the welder is a good performer and can be adjusted to improve the aggressiveness of the arc. But we know stick isn’t the answer for everything. So, we’ve really polished the unit’s capability as a TIG welder. The Lift Start capability of the machine is one example. Lift starting the TIG arc is a good choice in sensitive electronic environments, where a high frequency start may interfere with operation of vital equipment. The unit also features DC TIG, which essentially allows you to TIG weld almost every weldable metal except Aluminum and Magnesium. To further bolster TIG capability, the optional foot pedal allows you initiate the lift start and then to modulate amperage remotely. Or if preferred, you can use the torch switch to control arc initiation to initiate the arc and control amperage on the panel. However, if you are on a ladder, the live lift function operates without a torch switch or a foot pedal.
User questions & answers
Question: | If I were to wire a 220v outlet what size breaker would I use and gauge of wire for this machine to run properly |
Answer: | Yes. The leads are inter changeable and you can weld reverse polarity. |
Question: | What is the duty cycle of this machine |
Answer: | 120 AMPS but to run at that output you will need a 20 amp circuit with nothing else on it. Hope that helps. |
Question: | Is a 10k watt generator enough power to run this machine |
Answer: | 1 Power unit. 1 Electrode holder. 1 Ground clamp. 1 240 to 120 volt cord adapter. Owners manual. |
Question: | what is the total shipping weight of this machine |
Answer: | Great machine! I'm a pro welder and it performs as well as any machine I have used over the last 40 years. The performance exceeds the needs of most hobbyist and general repairmen. |

About Everlast
The name Everlast is synonymous with boxing. Renown internationally as a manufacturer of boxing equipment, Everlast started out as a swimwear manufacturer in 1910. Headquartered in the Bronx, NY, the company was founded by 17-year-old Jacob Golomb. The son of a tailor and an avid swimmer, Jacob Golomb was dissatisfied with the durability of swimsuits because they barely lasted a season, so he began making suits that he guaranteed would last for a full year. He proudly gave them the name, Everlast. Although the swimsuits did not last through the years, the name did.
Over the next years, Golomb expanded his company into a small retail store that carried a full line of sports equipment. In 1917, a young fighter named Jack Dempsey introduced boxing to Golomb and Everlast. Dempsey asked Golomb to construct protective headgear that would last more than 15 rounds of intensive boxing training. Golomb specially designed the training gear for Dempsey. In 1919, Dempsey won the worlds heavyweight championship wearing boxing gloves made for him by Golomb. Everlast became the headquarters for boxing equipment throughout the world. In 1925, Golomb designed elastic-waist trunks to replace the leather-belted trunks then worn by boxers. These trunks, now known as boxer trunks, immediately became famous. Jacob Golomb ran the business until he passed away in the early 1950s and his son, Dan, took over. In 1958, Ben Nadorf joined Everlast and purchased 50% of the company from the Golomb family. When Dan Golomb passed away in 1995, Nadorf purchased the familys remaining 50% interest. Nadorf remained the President and Principle Share Holder of Everlast until October 24, 2000.
Everlast mens and womens apparel and accessories continue today to be tremendously successful both inside and outside the ring. In addition, Everlast boxing trunks and equipment remain the proud and undefeated champion of the boxing industry for more than 90 years. The history continues, as the name states. Everlast has a traditional past and a knockout future.

Question: | whats the length of each individual wrap that come in the pack of |
Answer: | They are 2" x 108" so 9 feet in length. |
Question: | How many wraps total |
Answer: | This kit provides 3 pairs, so a total of 6 wraps. They are 108" and are shorter than others, but I find they work great for under MMA gloves. |
Question: | fingers |
Answer: | hi, this is too short for me. I have a relatively small hand but all three packs are still too short. I would suggest you to buy the longer one which was what happened to me. Therefore, I basically got three packs of those wraps in my home useless. |

Answer: | You can get it separately plus a water cooled torch |
Question: | Does it come with the crappy steel ground as pictured or a tweeco style ground |

Question: | what style torches are included |
Answer: | I just confirmed with an Everlast sales rep that the Amazon 210 EXT is a repackaged assemblage DIFFERENT than that sold on the Everlast site...which is similar in practice that you may find at Costco. So caveat emptor and be aware that Everlast confirmed that the Amazon buy only has a single torch. 12/26/19 |

2017 Everlast PowerTIG 210EXT Inverter-based IGBT Technology Welder
If you are wondering what having digital microprocessor control can mean, just ask anyone who has used it. The benefits are numerous, whether its increased productivity, or increased weld quality, or the ability to make precise settings, and fine tune them to the exact standards required. This is all part of the benefit of owning a PowerTIG 210 EXT. This TIG/Stick welder from Everlast also features IGBT inverter technology which offers the best in arc stablity and performance while reducing size and weight.
IGBT Technology - standard type pulse feature for AC and DC, and a special Adva
The unit features wave form control with three distinct wave forms: Advanced Square wave, Soft Square wave, and Triangular. These help to offer flexibility while welding Aluminum. But that's just part of the story. This TIG/Stick welder also features programmable memory, adjustable AC Frequency, and adjustable AC balance control. It also works quite well as a stick welder featuring items like adjustable hot start and arc force control for maximum welding flexibility. The heavy duty HF arc start design reduces traditional HF component maintenance issues. The unit also features two pulse modes, standard and advanced pulse. In the advanced pulse mode the welder oscillates between AC and DC- polarity allowing fine fast freeze control on thin gauge aluminum, and greater penetration on thick plate aluminum. Although the unit may seem quite complex in its list of features, it's really quite simple due in part to the intuitive design which leads to quick and easy to setup whether you are a welding professional or just an enthusiast.

User questions & answers
Question: | Will the mig gun that comes with this unit work with 0.030 flux core or solid wire or do you have to buy different size |
Answer: | unknown- |
Question: | Does this unit run both ac and dc |
Answer: | It comes equipped with a standard 120V NEMA 15-5P plug which works in pretty much any standard outlet. I have been using it on a standard 15A outlet with no tripping of the breaker and excellent welding performance. |
Question: | Can you use mig tig stick on 110v or do you need 220v for some settings? On 110v about how thick can it weld (mild steel |
Answer: | It would be set to DC+ same as mig wiring. You could run the wire through the normal gun but expect issues as I have found any gun length over about 4ft to be useless us less it is 4043 aluminum as it is more stiff. |
Question: | is the acutual unit weight close to 80lbs listed by amazon? I'd like something portable |
Answer: | SOMEONE IS STROKING U. IT DON'T COST THAT MUCH. PUT ON YOUR GLASSES ON. I KNOW THAT YOU HAVE TO PUT UR EYE GEAR ON TO PROTECT YOUR EYES. |
