Answer:	My welder only came with .030 tubular 0.035 solid wheel. I recall that being an order able accessory. Not 100% sure but I thought it was suppose to have a #2 roll of FC. Overall, it’s been a damn good welder and I’d recommend it.

Answer:	I think what you are asking is what the duty cycle is. It all depends on the heat setting you are using at the time. The duty cycle at about 140 amps is close to 100%, and drops to about 30% at 250 amps. I don't know what you will be welding, but even on pretty heavy iron (3/8" or so) using .035 solid wire and co2/ argon gas, I seldom ever use more than 125, to 140 amps, so I never exceed the 100% duty cycle. But I also very seldom have long enough welds at a time to matter. The welder I had before I bought the Ironman 230, was just a 150 amp with about a 30% duty cycle at 120 amps, and it was still going after nearly 30 years, and I used it for some pretty big projects.

Answer:	Yes. The winch will easily hold a chandelier in place when not operating sitting idle or even unplugged. I use to to raise and lower a stairs 4' wide x14' long approx 375# in weight and the winch has operated flawlessly

Answer:	Without removing the hoist, the best measurement I can get shows the two "cleats" are 7-1/2" apart o-c and the two holes on the cleats are 4" o-c. This may translate to 190 X 100 mm since the other dimensions are metric. The four mounting bolts are M10x26.

Answer:	This would be a great hoist/wench to remove a jeep hard top. It will hold 200 lbs on a single line and 400 on the double and comes with the pulley to make it a double line. I bought this one because it has the remote control so I don't have to be within 6 feet of the wench while using it. I built a dumbwaiter to my attic and attached it to my rafters. If you put it in the garage, go to a local auto spring shop and get the U bolts and plates for leaf springs for a large truck to hang the wench to.

Dont try to convert a 240 volt welder to 120 like suggested below. This will just void any warranty lol. If you asking theses type of questions just buy a 140amp mig ....there cheaper

Answer:	I suppose it could be done, but it is not needed. The Nema17 stepper motors have more than enough torque. The CNC can jog at over 200 inches per minute. and has plenty of torque for cutting at cutting feed rates.

Answer:	Not exactly. The unit is synergic, which means the wire speed is controlled by the machine. When the unit is in MIG mode you'll need to select your wire diameter and process type (gas or gasless) and then set your amps with the dial. The wire speed will be automatically calculated. If you want a flatter or wider pool, or more dig, you can easily adjust the voltage and inductance settings. In general, lower amps = slower wire speed and higher amps = faster wire speed. (As it should be.)

Answer:	The machine is capable, but you still have to know what you are doing and select the right process, settings and materials. The quality of the welds is excellent. I am currently using it to weld a DOM steel off-road frame. I use the TIG features for new work and flux cored MIG for repairs. It has performed as well as any girl could ask. I break stuff all the time, but I haven't been able to break a weld off of this unit yet. (I have been welding on frames since the 90s, so that does count for something. I am truly nitpicky about fitment, surface prep etc. so that does help the unit along quite a bit.)

Yes, you could run it at 5K, but not smoothly, or at max amperage, or for very long. A gasoline 5200watt generator CAN do some LIGHT work. To really maximize this unit for field use I have had to hook it up to an 11k (peak) 7k (running) Generac. In this configuration, it has welded a mile of perfect bead. I can flux MIG 3/8 plate in the field with a 60% duty cycle. (Where I live it is FREEZING most of the year, so I actually can weld without fear of shutoff, but if you live in a hot climate especially, definitely respect the duty cycle.) Long story short, although this is a small and light in weight machine... it is a lil beast and can go through some power.
