Question:	Can you melt glass for glass blowing
Answer:	It sprays out a form. If you adjust it to a pin point it can reach probably 20 feet. So yes it is under pressure but not as much as using a 45 degree tip. This is on a 2200 PSI pressure washer.

Question:	How big of a propane tank do i need
Answer:	It’s difficult to drain any excess soap. That’s probably why they made the reservoir so small. You blow through soap VERY quickly. They also recommend cycling water through the reservoir once the soap empties as you’re not supposed to store the washer with soap in the tank.
Question:	Is this suitable for melting mild steel
Answer:	No. Per the manual you must have a wafer supply that delivers 3.8 gpm @ 30 psi. It specifically states not to siphon standing (non pressurized) water.

If you don’t it is probably safer to find a reliable contractor as the safeties can sometimes cause issues but are also very important to have functional

Answer:	My wall studs are 2x4 then I have 3/4 pine inside and 1/2" sheathing with siding outside and it works wonderful.

Answer:	I own the 20000 BTU unit has a pilot that is manually lit by piezo. Pilot can be turned off when heating not needed. I can't speak for the rest but suspect they work the same way.

Answer:	Caowool is fine to use as is, but if you really want added protection, you can add 2 or 3 thin layers of satanite, which is a mortar-like coating. FYI, using satanite will probably void your warranty.
Question:	Do you have to do anything special to the cottonlike material inside or is it ok to burn as is
Answer:	Yes it will. I have melted both copper and aluminum will be doing a brass melt soon still have lots of copper to due. It you are having problems melting you need to adjust your gas settings. Please use all safety gear and precautions.
Question:	Furnace will not melt copper
Answer:	It is highly advised you don't. This forge is explicitly made for up to Gold/Copper 1983F, not Steel, which is 2600 - 2800. Doing so will likely melt/warp the air intake and outer shell.

Answer:	Yes I melt brass with mine. It will melt it, but does start to glow the metal around any places that the internal insulation is not completely covering at pour temp.

Answer:	First of all, I suggest that you clean up when the metal is still liquid or soft. Question:	How to clean crucible? I just did first pour of aluminum cans and aluminum foil. So i have some slag on the bottom. How to clean it

Double Burner Propane forge is made from mild steel material and its heating zone is fully insulated with Refractory Ceramic Fiber, which can resist temperature up to 2600°F (1425°C). A rigid block of Refractory Fire Brick placed at the bottom of the forge to resist high velocity firing.

The powerful burner gives out a neutral flame leaving a small amount of oxygen for scaling. Question:	Does this propane forge need an air compressor? if so what kind/how much flow psi
Answer:	Our Regulator connection type is POL CGA -510 which is compatible with POL connection type propane tank. Please check your propane tank valve, either it is POL type or OPD type. If OPD type then our regulator does not work.
Question:	Can you use this as a foundry
Answer:	THIS ISSUE MAY BE HAPPENED DUE TO ORIFICE PARTIALLY CLOGGEED. PLEASE CHECK OUT THE TROUBLE SHOOTING PROCESS IN THE MANUAL
Question:	I can't get this to thread onto my propane tank, it worked on my empty one, I exchanged my tank and now it won't thread to the new tank. any ideas
Answer:	This forge has one open end, so I don't think you can get it to that temperature very quick. I've only used it to harden. For a small piece, it'll take around 5-10 min depending on size. I imagine you could weld with it if your material is small enough to be fully covered in flame. I am building a lid for the other end, so I might get it hot enough for folding.
Question:	Trying to get my forge to stop belching flame. It seems to only stop sputtering and give constant flame when the air intake is near min? Prop at max
