| Answer: | You need to clarify what you mean by larger size. Are you asking about the series size as in series 3 or series 1 ? Or are you asking about the tip opening size as in 0 through 1,2,3,4,5,6 etc. Yes you can buy larger size tips, however you cannot use series 1 tips. This torch uses 3-101 series tips. not 1-101 series. It is a medium duty torch with a smaller cutting attachment. If you are cutting large thick pieces of steel regularly this may not be the right torch for you. If you need it occasionally for automotive work etc. it will be fine. Search for 3 series tips, they come in many sizes. |
