Question:	Is this for the little TurboSkill set
Answer:	the acetylene regulator has a CGA510 fitting and the little tanks use a CGA200. You would need an adaptor to go from CGA510 to CGA200. Hobart does not have this adaptor, however, this type of adaptor is made. the withdrawal of the tips will be fine with the small tank.

The check valves should be what is normally referred to as flash back arresters to stop flames from traveling Bach into the bottles. Overall the are a good set so toches.

Answer:	All depends in the thickness and the length of the item your cutting. In most cases the problem is not the torch, is the cyclinders. The map gas last but the oxygen run out to fast. It should be equal, but in my personal experience, I was not that lucky. Example: I needed to cut a fence post (2" diameter), my saw battery was to low, I then pull out the torch I was able to cut the post but it used two oxygen cylinder and one map gas to cut a 2" pipe. Cast Iron, it will cut it, but make sure you have some extra oxygen cylinder. By the way, make sure its not windy, or else you need to ignite many times, which in the end you will regret purchasing this item. In other word, it very handy for small project.

Answer:	They should as long as you are putting them on the right size torch, there are two general sizes

Answer:	I went to my local welding supply and showed them what I purchased and they fitted me with both proper tanks needed and fit the gas tank I needed to get a different valve to connect my hoses and they had exactly what I needed. I'm also able to get the welding digest needed at the same location (local hardware store also had the solder) I'm looking forward to getting started. Especially since my welding supply store also provided an instruction manual. Totally stoked getting into chapter 2 now...

In fact, I think the person who answer it was being ornery, thinking that this is s dumb question, and maybe actually answering it wrong, intentionally. The designations MC & R on these tanks only refer to their size, not the size of the valves, or the thread size of the valves. These regulators are intended to work with any standard Oxy and Acetylene tanks!

Answer:	That would depend on the size of the tanks. If you are trying to use the really small tanks 20-40 LB. tanks you will need an adapter, that can be purchased at any local welding supply (where ever you get your tanks).
