Answer:	It is easy. Start testing the temperature with the as soon as the iron starts warming. If you heat the tip until it is discolored before applying solder it may be difficult.
Question:	How do you solder. Do you put the solder on the iron than run over the wire or it should just melt on the wire without the iron melting the solder
Answer:	I would not use it, the problem is if you leave it plugged in for more than 45 min. The heat transfers to the handle and it starts to melt. They used to make the handle out of wood which would allow the unit to be plugged in for extended use.

Question:	Does this come in a roll like solder or a disk like other de-soldering wicks

But you could put the central component (plug in unit, the sensors use a battery for power) and whatever router for the internet you use on a UPS leaving only the actual internet service as the possible weak link that would stop notification. I really can't think of a more dependable method if you want notification on a device on the phone.
Question:	So is this 400NS like the title says, or 425NS like the photo shows? Does it work with both leaded and lead-free solders
