Answer:	Seriously? Why bother if only using one ounce of dry trim? You won't get much more than a few match-head size worth of oil. Save trim until you can fill the entire extractor. Remember, you are crushing the trim in to almost a powder so, the actual amount might fit in a tablespoon if using one ounce. (take a large container of pepper, weigh it, fill it in the extractor and you will have an idea of what you are dealing with. same size/weight).

Answer:	I’m sure if you look around you can find them you just have to make sure it’s the same size as the old one, or just buy disposable mesh screens and keep the old rubber one and soak it in 91% alcohol to clean it up

Answer:	That's up to you and how you normally do to purge the BUTANE out of the concentrate. You can use a vac-pump w/chamber for shatter, or vac oven (usually I see soupier oil from vac ovens but oiliness can come from a number of things including agitation and heat earlier on in the production of the concentrates), or you could make crumble, or filter it further with ethanol and then even distill it as well, it all depends on what you are going for. The last answer to this question made my brain 🤕 hurt, mad absolutely no sense, I think it must have been someone new to producing their own concentrates, so I had to chime in.

Answer:	I have the 1.5gal and there is one inlet hole for the vacuum pump and the other is a pressure release to allow air from outside the system

I tried stabilizing the wood with cactus juice, and it caused the lid to crack in a few spots. Why is that happening?

Using some solvents such as Cactus Juice, Gator Venom, Minwax, alcohol, ethanol, acetone, and acrylic based monomers or polymers can cause a chemical reaction with the acrylic lid and cause cracks to it. If you work with the above solvents, please purchase the BACOENG 2018 new tempered glass lid vacuum chamber product.

I turn off the pump first and then close the exhaust valve, the oil will return to the vacuum hose, otherwise it will not. Why?

Some pumps produce a siphon phenomenon due to the difference in air pressure. We have currently improved the design on the air inlet seal. Following our tests, oil returns that occur due to operational errors can be avoided. We offer free replacement of seals for products with this problem irrespective of where and when you bought them.

I want to get a -29 vacuum range, but I could only reach a -14 vacuum. Does the product have a design flaw?

No. Prior to 2018, the measuring range of the pressure gauge was 0-14.5PSI which equals 29.25inHg/0.1Mpa/750mmHg, so the only difference is in the way the readings are done. The pressure you get is basically the same in both versions because we only adjusted the readings.

My vacuum pump suddenly stopped working. After 10 minutes, it could be restarted. What happened? Will it have a bad effect on the motor?

This happened because the motor automatically activated its hit protection. This stopping doesn’t really have a bad effect on the motor’s life. It’s however recommended stopping the pump after 1-2 hours of non-stop use. Additionally, we tested 500 pumps and found that only 1% chances where the motor cannot resume after overheating. If this occurs within one year, kindly reach out to us for a replacement.

Answer:	Obviously volume is consistent. However depending on the moisture content, the consistency of the grind and how tight you pack it, it will hold a wide difference in weight. 1. For live resin (flash frozen wet green bud directly off the plant) ground frozen in a coffee grinder and lightly packed with a wooden dowel: it takes about 4 ounces of weigh with a yield of about 12 grams of taffy using 2 cans of butane. 2. Bone dry bud with almost zero moisture content ground in a coffee grinder and packed tighter with a wooden dowel: about 2 ounces of weight with a yield of about 24 grams of shatter using 3 cans of butane.

Answer:	It depends on what your using them for. If your extracting terps then no. You can reuse them but you can't really wash them if using for that.

Answer:	Air filters are going to filter down to 3 microns. These are going to be 25 micron screens at the smallest. It would be useless.
