Answer:	If you would use running shoes for a regular bike pedal, then yes this is suitable for you. Plus you get the advantage of being able to use "clipless" shoes when you want, but take note that these use a Crank Brothers cleats - SPD cleats don't work with this pedal.
Question:	Do you have to use a coin or can you just turn it and the gumball comes out
Answer:	The clip is part of the pedal. One side of the pedal is a regular pedal and the other side of the pedal has the clip. You can not remove the pedal from the clip.

Answer:	Yes they will. The click r pedals come with SH56 cleats which gives you more multi directional release points than the SH51 cleats. The SH51 cleats work fine also and gives you a more secure clip in point with one directional release point. Both work great on these pedals, one with more float than the other. Hope this helps, I use the SH56 on the pedals and have had no problem releasing when needed.

Answer:	Hi Kris, The smell is related to the cocoa butter mixing with the essential oils and some of the antioxidant ingredients. Some people are fine with the scent, and even like it, while others have an issue with it. For that reason we created another version with a different scent - Creme Complete | Scent of Rose, which is exactly the same as the original (except for a very small amount of jojoba oil). That version is available on our website. But most recently, we have switched to using unscented cocoa butter which makes both products have a milder scent, even the original. Currently only the original Creme Complete is available on Amazon, but both versions are available on our website.

Answer:	Hi Shellie, The Creme Complete has several ingredients that have been shown help skin grow normally and to fight conditions like Actinic Keratosis. One of these ingredients is Resveratrol. (see study: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3060966/ ) You have to be diligent with the application and it is normally not a quick (results within a few days) process. We also recommend using the Perrin's Blend for AK, if possible, which we only offer on our website: www.perrinnaturals.com. Perrin's Blend is a stronger product and more difficult to use. Some people choose to use only the Perrin's Blend, or Perrin's Blend in combination with the Creme Complete, or just an extended use of the Creme Complete.
