Answer:	It has holes drilled to be mounted securely so logic will tell you regarding how water proof that makes it. Fire "proof" no, but more accurately, fire resistant.

Answer:	I contacted Sentry about this discrepancy (and similar discrepancies at other sites). They told me this model CFW20201 is rated for 1 hour @ 1700 (not 1550) and they are going to try to correct the temperature in Amazon's description. FYI, 1 hour @ 1700 is also what it says on the box for this model CFW20201. The similar safe on Sentry's website is a different model, CHW20201; note that it starts with CHW not CFW. That model CHW20201 on Sentry's website has a different rating, only 1/2 hour @ 1550, and Sentry customer support told me the different models do have different ratings.

Answer:	The codes are easy enough to set/reset on this safe. This safe, however, is WAY BIGGER than a hotel room safe, which is typically only big enough for jewelry, wallets, passports, tablets & phones. I love this safe as it holds 2 standard jewelry boxes of my stuff plus room for some file folders holding important documents. But then maybe the clients you rent to NEED a safe big enough to hold a laptop or brief of paperwork, etc. We LOVE this safe; our Police Dept. advised us to bolt it to the floor for added protection.
Question:	What is the type of delivery. Will they offload at my house
Answer:	Mine was delivered by UPS just it was a normal shipment. But the box had taken a severe beating.
