Answer:	Yeah mine smells so bad that it couldn't stay in the house. Or the shop. One room is so nasty now that I get sick walking into it. I've never smelled leather, that made me feel sick.

Answer:	I've worn several leather jackets over the years and this beats any of them, i've just bought another one so i can wash the first one and never be without it

Answer:	This jacket offers good protection for mig welding but will still burn a hole if large blog of slag hits and stays in the fabric too long. Much cooler to wear in the warm/hot months vs leathers. Cold weather requires warm clothing underneath - - - - so buy large enough to cover warm under clothing. I usually wear large but this jacket is somewhat tight through the shoulders. Will get X-Large next time, otherwise a very good jacket.

Answer:	Thin cotton material, is NOT insulated. If weld spatter lands on it, you know pretty quick. Good to wear while grinding though.

Answer:	Size says 2XL, but mine fits more like XL. There are some straps with snaps on the sides so you can tighten up around the waist.
