Answer:	There isn't a tag, and the package is mostly printed in Chinese, so I don't know for sure, but my best guess would be mostly cotton and part something else a little silkier, as they are more slippery than plain cotton would be. They aren't thick like cotton athletic socks, but are definitely thicker than stockings/nylons. They sort of feel like a trouser sock material.

Answer:	I'm a 9, they fit snug. Other thing I notice is in the pics the socks look like they are a little higher on models calf than mine. Looks more like a crew sock on them and an ankle sock on me. So for size 11, the lace may be pulled below your shoe? But they for sure stretch. Hope that helps.
