Answer:	If you really want to pick up a head that small, you can do it, but the fingers are bulky. I like then though :)

Answer:	These should be okay, but you might be able to get better Mechanix gloves for the ReallY tough stuff. I used these for autobody work, and they wore out (i ended up getting holes in them after about 3 months). These gloves DID keep my hands safe from picking up sharp metal, picking rugged body panels, working with tools, or just doing work in general. They are soft gloves though, so if something were to smash your finger, you'd feel it. I think I'd go for the "Women's Mechanix Impact Gloves" for your field (i could've use those too).
Question:	Are they cut Reaistant
Answer:	No, they will provide some protection from sharp/rough edges but a blade will cut right through these and your hand inside. If you need gloves for working with sharp objects (ex barbed wire) thick real leather gloves are the best protection.
Question:	Can you type with them on? I move a lot of 5 gallon buckets of paint, and then have to sell them using a computer. How's the dexterity for this
Answer:	You should be able to type with these. I am a train engineer and I have to push way smaller buttons on the train computer.

Answer:	There really is no right answer for this. I've seen a 13 yr old that was 6'2" & 240lbs who used size XL gloves. I'm 18 yrs old 5'8" & 140lbs and I usesize small.

Answer:	I live in New Hampshire and would not use them here in winter. They do not have any insulation but have very good dexterity.

Answer:	I tried the hand size chart, and it tells me "Large", except I have trouble fitting into a 2X (XXL) glove. Take it with a grain of salt, and go find a store, try on various maker's sizes to actually find your size.

Answer:	Mine stopped a 20mm round fired at me from an A10. The dexterity was exceptional. So good in fact, it helped me to pick up my entrenching tool which I hurled at the plane literally knocking it out of the sky. Oh, they also protect your hand from heavy objects. An Abrams tank ran over mine and except for a little pressure I didn’t feel a thing. They can also withstand a bite from a 18’ Great White. Seriously, some of these questions are ridiculous. Question:	How does the sizing run, large, small, true to size
Answer:	I take an extra large which fit fine on all my other Mechanix gloves, and most all other gloves, but these are too tight, stiff and small in the fingers making it difficult to bend my fingers to grip anything. The palm fit is fine if not even a bit too big and almost a slightly sloppy fit, but the fingers are way too tight. It could be I just got a bad pair, but all fingers were evenly too tight. It's almost like they added some insulation but didn't increase the finger diameter to allow for the added insulation. Guess I'll just return these and order another pair of the Mechanix FastFit Covert Gloves... which fit like a glove ;)

Answer:	They are 'water resistant' no water proof so if they are getting immersed in water that's probably not going to work. Also in temps cold enough to produce snow they are not likely to be warm enough. I'm older and don't have the greatest circulation in my hands since getting frostbite skiing decades ago and these don't cut it for me when it's below about 40 degrees. They do allow good dexterity and are wind proof but not likely to afford you as much protection once it gets colder out.

Answer:	well if you must know your size take the nearest pop can stick your finger in the hole if it doesn't fit then you need bigger than a small, then take your next finger and stick it in the hole if it also does not fit then you are bigger then a medium then repeat the process with all the fingers and if all but one fit then you are a large.
Question:	if you got into a fight while wearing these will they protect your knuckles from injury if you have a strong punch but small hand bones
Answer:	these would not help you in throwing punches, because only the first only the first two Knuckles are used. Either way, in a fight, I would recommend open palm strikes. They're more natural, and a lot more protected than the small bones in your hand.

In fact, getting them wet seems to help them break-in better - which unlike every other style of Mechanix gloves I've owned, these are extremely uncomfortable gloves at first. Took a good week before they stopped hurting my hands. I'm going to try the non-impact Genuine Leather version or their 4x Material Mpact next time.

Answer:	About a size 10
Question:	Would these be too hot (clammy) for strenuous hiking (challenging ascents) in direct sunlight
Answer:	I haven’t had issues with being to clammy, but would think darker colors would be too hot.
Question:	Is the size chart accurate
Answer:	It was accurate for me! I landed right between medium/large so i went with large and they fit as expected
Question:	Is it Ar 670-1 compliant
Answer:	It wouldn’t appear so. I’ve never been in the military so my reliability’s low but according to Ar 670-1 Chapter 20-11: “As an option, Soldiers may wear commercial gloves, unless restricted by the commander, as an optional purchase item. Gloves must be four-finger-and-thumb type design in a slip-on style, all black, plain, with no logos or designs, made of black leather, fabric, or other material of appropriate commercial design.”
