When I ordered these, the description said they had a wool lining. Mine did NOT have a wool lining. I contacted the seller and was given a discount for the error in description. The good thing about these is the grips in the palm area that make it easier to grip a steering wheel. The bad thing...not as warm as I had expected.

Answer:	I find these run large. I ordered medium and my husband who has big ole hands can wear them, while they're loose on me.(this was before he tried them on ;) Don't know how the small fits but I would go with that size.

The Velcro Has not worn out, they are easy to put on and take off and they do a good job keeping my hands warm while also making my fingers and thumbs easily accessible. I wear them walking the dog and they are great when I need to use my fingers to open poop bags. I’d buy them again.

Answer:	I I have found them to be strong. They haven't ripped yet, and don't seem to be fragile but I mainly wear them for their intended use, under gloves. . The sewing and the cloth are both still in excellent condition. Don't forget, parachutes were once made of silk.

Answer:	I can't answer your question about latex or elastic; you'll have to ask the manufacturer. I've had my pair for several years and can tell you that they are not stretchy, and fit the same as when they are new. I wear them as glove liners in winter to add an extra bit of warmth (emphasis on "bit", but still some warmth) so they haven't seen any real wear. The description says they are 100% silk, so I don't think they could say that if the gloves weren't 100% silk.
